easy2C’s Born2Fish 2027 calendar is a visual delight for fishing enthusiasts, blending imagery with valuable fishing insights.
I set this calendar using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. It features complex datepads, tide charts and a Māori fishing calendar, integrated with captivating images. Adobe Photoshop was used for image retouching and enhancing colours, lightening images and improving composition while maintaining the integrity of the images.
Throughout the process, I received feedback that guided me in making refinements for layout consistency and fine-tuning the images on every page. The result is a captivating and informative calendar that I am proud to have created.
Logo redesign
For the 2027 Born2Fish calendar, I was tasked with redesigning the logo that features on the front cover. The redesign incorporates minimalist typography and a gestalt-style fish cutout, which was hand-drawn onto the lettering before being vectorised in Illustrator. This updated design brings a cleaner, more contemporary feel to the calendar, helping to modernise its overall look while staying connected to the spirit of the fishing community.
